简介：Cyclosporin D（环孢素D）是一种免疫抑制剂，为Cyclosporin A的类似物，具有较弱的免疫抑制活性，可以通过抑制钙调磷酸酶和钙调磷酸酶依赖性转录因子激活的T细胞核因子（NFAc）来抑制T细胞活化。Cyclosporin D已被用作Cyclosporin A定量分析的内标物。

产品用途：科研试剂，广泛应用于分子生物学、药理学等科研方面，严禁用于人体。Cyclosporin D的免疫抑制活性比Cyclosporin A低约10%，常被用作Cyclosporin A定量的内标。也可用于免疫抑制机制研究、器官移植免疫排斥反应的基础机制探讨、自身免疫性疾病相关病理机制研究。
生物活性：
| 体外研究 | 在人多药耐药性卵巢癌细胞中，Cyclosporin D显著克服了阿霉素耐药性。
在淋巴细胞中，Cyclosporin D对PHA-、PWM-和PMA+Ca2+-诱导的细胞增殖具有弱抑制作用。 在小鼠胰腺胞质中，Cyclosporin D抑制了钙离子/钙调蛋白依赖的延伸因子2（EF-2）磷酸化，以及TPA诱导的EF-2水平升高。 口服Cyclosporin D在体外能有效抑制恶性疟原虫（P.falciparum）的增殖，在体内则能抑制伯氏疟原虫（P.berghei）的发育。 |
