产品用途:科研试剂,仅限应用于分子生物学、药理学等科研方面,严禁用于人体。PGPC是一种有效的PPARγ受体激动剂。PPARγ通过调节相关基因的表达,在脂肪形成、糖脂代谢,以及在免疫系统中发挥重要作用,并与多种疾病如糖尿病、肥胖、高血压、癌症等的发生、发展有关。可用于相关科研领域的研究。
生物活性:PGPC是一种氧化磷脂,可在氧化应激条件下形成。它存在于轻度氧化的低密度脂蛋白(MM-LDL)中,并参与1-palmitoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine氧化产物(Ox-PAPC)的生成过程。通过细胞配体结合实验发现,PGPC能以浓度依赖性方式激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARα)。该物质可增强人主动脉内皮细胞(HAECs)中血管钙粘蛋白1(VCAM1)和E-选择素的表达,并以浓度依赖性方式促进单核细胞与多形核中性粒细胞(PMNs)与HAECs的结合。当浓度为37.5μM时,PGPC可提升小鼠腹膜驻留巨噬细胞(RPMs)中5-脂氧合酶代谢物总量;而当浓度达50μM时,可在体外诱导A7r5大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞凋亡。冠状动脉疾病患者的血清、低密度脂蛋白及外周血单核细胞(PBMCs)中均检测到PGPC水平升高。紫外线A照射可促进人皮肤成纤维细胞培养物中PGPC水平的提升。
