生物活性：
热裂解酶和其他金属内肽酶的有效抑制剂。强抑制哺乳动物脑啡肽酶。不抑制胰蛋白酶，木瓜蛋白酶，胰凝乳蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶。弱抑制胶原酶。有效浓度1 – 10μM。鉴定作为金属内肽酶抑制剂的磷酰胺用于表征作为金属内肽酶的内皮素转化酶。磷酰胺增加β-淀粉样蛋白的产生，但不增加淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白的产生，表明阿尔茨海默病中异常的淀粉样蛋白加工可能是由金属内肽酶进行。

使用方法推荐
一：膦酰二肽钠储存液的配制：根据自己实验需求，配置所需浓度，如用于细胞实验请配置液体之后用0.22um滤器过滤后再加入细胞。
